Privacy Policy
CourseMate is designed with privacy in mind. No CourseMate account is required to use the app.
Degree information, modules, marks, assessments, targets and calendar information entered into CourseMate are stored on the user's device.
Where iCloud synchronisation is enabled, information may also be stored and synchronised using the user's personal Apple iCloud account.
CourseMate does not operate its own user account system or a developer-operated database for storing users' academic information.
Users can export their CourseMate data and can delete their CourseMate data from within the app.
CourseMate does not sell users' academic information.
Apple may process information through its own services where features such as iCloud are used. Apple's handling of that information is governed by Apple's own privacy policies and terms.
If CourseMate's data practices change in a future version, this privacy policy will be updated accordingly.

CourseMate is an independent student planning tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or officially connected with any university.
Degree calculations, required averages and projected classifications shown by CourseMate are estimates based on information entered by the user.
Official marks, classifications, regulations and degree outcomes are determined solely by the user's university.
